As an expert psychometrician, I specialise in the development of psychometric instruments (personality, intelligence, attitudes, and so on), with a particular emphasis on strategies for achieving high-quality psychometric testing under limiting conditions (online testing, short tests, etc.). These strategies entail high-level psychometric analyses (Item-Response Theory, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Generalized Structural Equation Modeling, and so on), on which I have successfully published.
