I am an independent statistician who offers a variety of data science services. I am happy to generate output in the form of reports or software components.

As a trained mathematician, I am well-versed in classical statistics as well as machine learning algorithms. I strive to provide the best of both worlds by employing the technique best suited to the task at hand.

My approach to project structure is based on communication. A thorough understanding of the task and its domain enables me to produce better results, which translates to a more enjoyable experience for all parties involved. In other words, I prefer asking too many questions to asking too few.

On a technical note, I have programming experience in Python, R, C++, Stata, and working with various databases. I have experience with inferential modelling and machine learning algorithms with various data structures (independent, hierarchical, and time-series), deep learning with various network architectures, data visualisation, data imputation, hypothesis testing, and statistical consulting.
